- Currently licensed by the state of Maine as a cosmetologist.
- Has a degree in business administration.
- Winner of numerous ribbons for apple pie.
- Received national recognition about hairstyling. Published in many industry magazines worldwide, also local wedding magazines and blogs.
- In the Best of Weddings Hall of Fame on The Knot and a multiple time winner of the Couples Choice Award on Wedding Wire.
- Married to her best friend and they have two children.
- Favorite television show is The Price is Right. She was even a contestant in her college days.
